FIX Your PC NOT WORKING or NOT RESPONDING Problem

1. Open Task Manager.
2. Find Windows Explorer.
3. Right click on your mouse then 'Restart' it or click on 'End Task'.
4. If you click on End Task then on the top of Task Manager click on File - Run new task.
5. On the Run dialog type "explorer.exe" and hit ENTER.
6. Done and Enjoy.
